Empire total war crack tpb
Could someone who already got it from that russian server please upload the repacked crack and the original soundfile to RS?! When I get on this site my Virus Checks pops up and said that a trojan whants to get on my system! So to sum it up: 1. Install it the Razor release 2. Extract the content to your ETW folder 5. Extract it. Now…I'm sure I won't be persuading the masses to go out and spend their hard earned cash… and for others, the situation is even more complicated… for e. I did not buy a game for years due to the fact that i live in a third world country where it was not so easy getting games… however..
I'm just saying…for those who can afford it…buy it…those who can't…well.. I understand…. Could someone up a zip of their working campaigns folder from the data folder please?
It seems whenever I start the second episode, the screen remains black there's no map reveal and no advice playing. Don't waste your time people. It's actually more than I Made a repack. Includef all of avaible solution for game at wtat moment.
Just extract and PAly version. But the game still in english.. Please help me! I want to install the game. I click "setup. I don't understand this!!! Isn't that nice that so called updated crack has the same empire. Gee thanks.. Only game folder. Bob Can you give a confirmation by now if you can get past episode 2 in the Road to Independance? Or should you just use the files specified in other posts otherwise you crash in the road to independance, I'm talking about only using these files in the Razor folder:.
Coffein : the sound fix you posted doesn't work. Does anyone have a link to a working sound fix? So I've tried to install the game.. I take a look in the Empire TW folder and it looks like its incomplete..
I get all of the files pulled out of the ISO and pretty much follow jo's stuff to the letter until he simply says "use the installer". I do so, and setup. I've put together a step-by-step guide how to get this game working properly and also fixes for well known issues. I followed jo's instructions second from top and the game works just fine. Although, you can simply mount the iso's and do it that way too. I don't have Steam installed and it works, and I'm using the original crack, plus the soundpack in post Also the episodic1.
There is a sound loop during cut scenes and the intro movie, but the game runs fine otherwise, no CTD's. And Im on the second chapter in RTI. Im still wondering about the soundpack jo mentions as the one I used was just over mb, and the one he mentions in over mb. It might fix that sound loop. But overall its not a big deal.
Why can't I install the game? When I tried to install the game, two folders are created one in program files and one for the menu start , but there are nothing into. It's normal? The mb sound pack that is floating around is from the demo. Like i said i have not yet played any missions and i am sure i am gonna encounter some other bugs but i have made the tutorial based on what was available so far and i was able to start the game without crash and the sound sounded fine….
I've taken a picture and am hosting it here to show if I'm doing anything extremely wrong. Wonder if the Creative Assembly people actually deactivated this bit so they can keep track of who leaked this version? Wonder if any other scripts have been deactivated this way? I must also add, these dashes and brackets are also in the Razor version, so looks like Razor missed it also. Just wanted to say thank you poison, your site had a link to the original campaign files -P. Also I have one more minor problem.
I can't seem to turn off the game. Every time I "quit" the process stays running until I kill it using task manager. The problem is, this means my settings never save. While spending a minute redoing my settings everytime I start up isn't such a big deal, it is annoying.
My other solution is to manually edit the settings file which I'm leaning towards right now , but the fact that the exe won't shut down seems odd. Congratulations to Razor for their quick release. Cracked with no sound bugs with hopefully a few Gigs knocked off.
The crack makes the loading after chapter 1 in Road to Independence freeze. I found this to fix by making the folder where you install the game at, copy over all crack files. Then install the game. It worked well up to this point. I was playing the Road to Independence single player, got up to chapter two. Defeated the Fort Louisburg, which then triggered the lady to talk about to take either Quebec or Montreal.
Before you beat the fort louisburg mission, that area was black [fog of war] After you beat it, that lady will talk and the screen will zoom out, the black [FoW] will be removed showing the northern part of the game. As soon as it zoomed back in, the black [FoW] came back to that whole entire area, that was revealed before.
No troops, neither mine nor Britain can go into the black [FoW]. I have taken over every single french territory. Does anyone have a file save they can upload after that part? Or for the beginning of the next chapter [3]? So this problem I am having pretty much never came up for you folks? That's fairly odd since we have the same download. I can't figure out why it would say that. That is odd, I didn't have that issue. Poison is there some way to comment on that site of yours? About give or take some 10 gold per item.
My trade income now seems to start much higher than my taxes. Was this what was originally intended, or an issue with this install? It seems to be something up with my setup. I have everything else I need and then some , but I still can't get past that. Any chance someone could upload their setup. That did work to get you up to episode 2, but it didn't work to fix for fog of war of quebec and montreal in RTI. I hereby confirm that the following post numbers listed below do no fix the problem listed above.
Hope it helps someone. I have used the proper sound pack from the torrent mb one , but I still can't hear gunshot sounds.
I hear music, unit voices etc, but none of the guns. I just copy and paste the sound file into the data file replaced a file. Am I doing anything wrong? Does anyone have solutions?
You probably downloaded mb pack. So does anyone have a solution for sounds? I've tried all kinds of soundpacks and none work.
I've even tried reinstalling. Can please someone upload this files in your working game just pleasee i will be soo appreciated. Vinakro, the sound for this game isn't very good anyhow. There's complaints about the gunshot sounds being too soft in the support forums and etc. No one else finding their trade values inflated with this game? Ugh, need to find the original "failed" crack somewhere to find the scripts to compare now…. It's not a proper sound fix at all. Obviously the other one, the demo sound file is no solution either, with Mb of missing content.
Wish people would stop touting these half-assed solutions as genuine fixes though when they've not even tested them. And if ur stll have no sound, this is not a game or file problem already. New fix for sound never been released! Becouse last one work normaly almost for all peaple. DLL missing error. I waited for this game for many months and now i cant play please help someone im really just gonna get mad for this error. Rover I just tried that, and I heard the guns fire nothing better to do while trying to get this working….
Does your file show up as , kb in windows or not? Put it in your installed game directory. Just a hint, most DLLs can be googled for. If that doesn't work, let me know. Well that's the file from my install if that helps. In exchange, could you upload the entire contents of the razor crack file from the original iso don't need the exe if that's too big?
I had deleted it, and now I'm trying to find why my trade values are now exponentially increased since I did the "proper" install. Really i think to buy the original game but money is a real problem and I am waiting this game for months and cant play it know. For most people with the dll problem are having this problem due to the fact that they are not putting the razor stuff at the proper place, plain and simple…i had those steamapi.
Alright I've uploaded an archive with all the dlls I found in the main install directory in case you're missing something else…. Hope that helps. Millions of thanks to Aleph0knot!!!!!!!!
Really many thanks mate.. Yesterday I found a version of this on demonoid where the iso's had already been extracted. When I woke this morning the torrent was no longer there and my download was stuck at I really don't want to redownload the entire 12 gigs. Could someone please post a link to somewhere that has the files already extracted. Hi, I start the first episode of the campaign of indipendence but, after the first battle, I have a CTD.
Any solution?? I was DL'ing the same torrent also. I'm stuck at Any idea why the torrent got taken down? From what I've read from the readme file, its the same razor release, with the mb sounds fix as far as I can see…. I have no idea why the torrent was taken down. I have spent the last four and a half hours looking for another site with the same torrent or at least the files I need already extracted.
So far no luck. Baron the files you're asking amount to about 7 gb. You ll be better off re-downloading the whole thing and get it from one source. Can someone please release a comprehensive. I'm never downloading from razor again…. Can you please put the. I guess I will just redownload. I was really hoping to find that same torrent again. It is depressing to start over after having it a I am able to start the game, but it freezes at the splash screen before any intro movies or anything.
I have copied all cracks and the sound fix, I don't quite know what the problem is. I just realized my trade values seem to be a little odd…what numbers am I shooting for for the very first town you get on Episode 2. Right now it is saying 2, UP…I had to restart because I literally had like 8 million in my treasury before i even completed episode 2…I wonder how to fix this.
I am having the same problem as asdf. Please if anyone else has had this problem and found a way to fix it, I would deeply appreciate any help with this. Please someone help just someone please…. I can now confirm the pathfinding. Redundancy in a sloppy release, surprise surprise. This is contrary to the idea given by Poison awhile back that none of those files from the crack were needed. This seems to fix trade inflation for the path to independence episodes as well, with the episodic 1 file being an exception that seems to crash my game then again episode 1 is such a friggin tutorial anyways, who cares if you get free money.
I'm thinking the issues with the Path to Independence campaigns came about from the. I have replaced the pathfinding. And there are two of these sets, delete the ones near the text mentioned in post Though it seems I get the quests for the two forts twice now, but the map does reveal them. Right now I don't care enough to test the PtI campaign any further. I've played enough games about american independence anyways, I'm just happy to get the grand campaign working again.
I still don't know why my game always crashes when I choose to quit though. If anyone can help me with that, thanks. When replacing only those two files you have stated, the screen will start loading for the game, but then will go white, and give you this error!
AppName: empire. But I still do not have gun-shot sound etc. And now I am stuck at another place. I captured Louisborg, it gives me two missions. To capture Quebec and Montreal.
But they do not show in the map. I downloaded this soundfix and it has mb, is this the real deal, as someone has said that this file is mb large? The one I have with gunshots show as kb in windows explorer. Fred C read post Worked for me anyhow. Remember to delete both the —[[ and ]]— and the right two there's two sets of them. Can you put into detail how exactly you got to get Quebec and Montreal to appear.
I have tried numerous ways and find nothing to work. By the way, it seems some of the save files are not mutually compatible with changing out the files. Try starting a new game if it won't load. That should work. Remember you'll probably need to start episode 2 again sorry, can't help you there…. But I do not have a savefile before capture Loiusborg. Any way to get around?
Erase this file or leave the original one and it works so far. Aleph, did you add the modified boot. What about the config folder with master servers? And the 4 UI files? Quebec and Montreal did not stay visible, after I had started a new campaign. Plus I was not able to control my taxes. I used the modified crack files from Poisons website mentioned earlier. As far as I can guess, they use the same boot and all that other pack files maybe I'm wrong?
Yes I used that config folder and the ui folder as well though as far as I can tell those are the same files as the install files. Ben at a certain point I have to suspect you have a failed installation or something I've personally had to reinstall more times than I can count on my hands.
I find modifying the setup. I have been trying to get this set up for a friend to install as well, I guess I could upload an archive for everything that should be theoretically ready to copy paste over a fresh install as well as that setup. I could upload that, but it will take awhile if you want to try that…. Another day, another wasted few hours trying to do anything conceivable to get setup. Is there any chance someone could upload their setup. Maybe mine is just corrupted. AS I type this I have already got the re-installation process going.
I as well have tried multiple installations. I would say around 8 times. Which post number speaks of modifying the setup. Which files does it contain? Well to me it seems sloppy since for some reason it doesn't install the right sound file and there are redundant files in the original crack.
Also some of the original crack files which I extract from the dvd seem to cause people trouble as well. Finally I've never had a game I had to extract from the dvd to install before until now. The right to complain is a bit different from the right to demand anything of them I'd say -P. Otherwise I'd be spamming forums about how it doesn't work instead of trying to figure out how to get it working.
And before you get me started, it's not just Razor I have beef with. CA gets some of the blame too I still remember barbarians that would just run around my walls getting shot to death by arrows instead of ever attacking , heh.
I first did a complete reinstall. Or you could just replace all those pesky files. Either way make sure you have all orignal. Download this crack fix. Replace orignal files with these. Then replace all the orignal files with the ones found at this link.
I was able to get past the fog of war in quebec, but then after I finished episode 2, The game froze while trying to load Episode 3. Thanks for your help. Hey everyone i had all the same problems as you Nrvana but i still cant come in… it just chrashes before i even get in the menu… can anyone help me? Will work up till the end of episode 2, fixes quebec problem, but you get 2 mission cards for Quebec and Montreal.
Once it starts loading up Episode 3 it will freeze. I've now given up on getting my sounds to work but I did want to mention. When I first installed not the proper install and used the demo soundpack, I could actually hear some sounds. After that the sounds have stopped working, including the demo ones. Just wanted to say that incase anyone knows why that happened. Can anyone plz help me?
It's not that the dlls for Steam isn't available, they need to be downloaded by Steam on first run, so make sure that firewalls are off and not blocking Steam's updater connection. When should i download steam or when should i connect to it etc. Since i reinstalled with the new edited crack the campagin does work, but now i have another problem, the money is screwed up! Thx ben and aleph0knot, the money seems to be back to normal now.
I am only up to episdoe 2 on the Road to Independence so i will see tomorrow if i can get passed and onto no. All fixes that get Montreal and Quebec to appear, prevent Episode 3 to load. The progress of the loading bar will freeze near the beginning of the loading. If anyone can find a fix for this please let me know. This is for the Road to Independence campaign. I had my first bug when i tested the game…when i exit out of mission 1 on road to independance the system crashes and i get a white screen of death…it is like when the system exits it wants to reload the first mission again and it makes the game crash…i tried the grand campaign and i get no such bug…i have read about this here and remember vaguely something about it…can someone clarify it they had a fix for this.
Hi every one well i hope u answer me couse i have a very diffrent promblem. Hey guys all of you can install the game me in the 1st play cannot install it. I have no problems playing the independence campaign whatsoever…I installed the razor release, replaced the razor cracked files with the edited ones, copied in the mb version of the sound sfx file and finally replaced the cracked episodic 1 file with the original one.
I never had the fog of war issue and episode 3 loaded after taking a bit longer than usual… There are some CTDs in Independence still, but no more CTDs in grand campaign. As for the install, I extracted the iso files prior to running the installer and let it grab the needed files from the extracted isos. No missing dll files for me. Ohohoh: Looks like I pastebin is changeing address everytime an update is posted. Or are you only seeding the 8GB one now? Anyone have a solution to playing Lan games?
Ok now when i do the battle of bunker hill my game keeps crashing? Which files have to do with the trade money being so high? It seems that when trying to get episode 3 to work, I replaced the fixed money issue.
I really HATE steam…. Does anyone else have a problem at the end of Episode 3, After you beat the episode, it will play the movie clip and after it has ended it will go to the main menu?
You can play episode 4, but you are dirt poor and dont have all the colonies you had before. Is that normal? Good on Steam, they will have you all running round in circles trying to crack this game, to get it to work perfectly, and it ain't happening LOL!!
Love it. Buy the game mothers, mine works just great. If you have the Fort Duquesne mission and the Niagara mission and capture Niagara you complete them both at the same time which prevents the next part from triggering properly. I finally got the. It doesn't give me any error message.
Also, my install folder is only 2. Ok, with the help from 5 pages of comments here, I got the sound working fine, and I have Quebec and Montreal appeared. I lost the battle and I got a Crash-To-Desktop. Tim, go into the DirectX folder and do the install. You need to update your DirectX.. Anyone knows the rapidshare links for the 8 gig version? I mean the Eng Repack version please let us know if u have the links.
I orignally had the DirectX error and have sense updated that and my graphics driver for an ATI HD , as well as disabled my firewall and installed steam.
I still have the same problem of the game crashing at the copyright screen before the intro movies to the game or anything else plays. CPU usage goes straight up and I get an hour glass and end up having to kill empire. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix that? I did not use the game redistribtal to update directx but rather the web installer directly from Microsoft's Website as the directx installer did not complete the startup and ended up closing without appearing to do anything.
No missing sounds anywhere or no CTDs anywhere. I start setup press install in 1second it has installed but i only get a shortcut in program files with nothing installed:S. Hi,play the game and works in this variant 1. Does anyone know of mod for Grand Campaign, that will allow you to have no year limit, so the game wont end until you take over all territories? So, I read pages of this and I have the same problem as Did everything recommended, then tried the sketchy recommendations, and still nothing — when I run Empire.
Doesn't even get to the splash screen either. Something i should worry about, the game works ok for me no crashes ect. Finished a grand campaign and came back to read the comments. Pah, what a waste of time. Poison please update your help stuff so more people don't get confused. Can any1 pls upload the razor installer together with setup. Would be great if anyone knew how to fix it. I have yet to reach the "end point" of the game myself, but I've heard from others that you will get a "Do you wish to continue playing" option, despite the results.
Hey guys, I finally got the game to run, which is awesome. However whenever I click on any "play game" button from the game menu it crashes. Anyone know what the problem is? I need an edit button…. I am stuck here. Hey Fred, yeah I just finished Bunker Hill earlier today and got past it.
Saved and went back to the grand campaign, heh. As I mentioned before I installed using a changed setup. Tried beating it again though? The game sometimes crashes just because. Hey everybody what is this setup. Me again guys … Just to inform you that I failed to copy the files to HD gives me the message Invalid perimeter or something?!? Sorry for the spam. Hey guys just wondering again if you could answer my simple question "do you have to have steam, to install this version of ETW" thanks in advance guys XD.
First time I installed it I could enter the game, I saw the first screen saying Empire Total war, date of production etc. DAT file is missing. I reinstalled it yet again and got that "First Screen" back, but still cant get to the main menu, the game keeps ctd crash to desktop ….
There is a patch on steam, can we update the razor release through steam I don't think so, but, you know.. A valid serial is needed to update via steam. Unless they also make a stand alone patch, we need to wait for a torrent. Bug "rz" put in game script mouse movemnt script demoliscion building script diplomacy lua file.
Hey guys I read in torrent comments that Steam has some way to know that you're using the cracked version of ETW and will ban your legit steam account if you have one on your computer… Anyone has info about this? How could we avoid it?
DoW II was done in the same fashion and someone uploaded the changed files. Not quite sure how all changes are tracked though. Or, you could just make a second steam account. Hey everbody, again: … i need some help when i try and install the game with is mounted with daemon tools.
Can someone please upload the patch somewhere? But from what I read at the forums for some people it fixed all the crashing while others can not even play any battle now…. Killer …which forums are you referring to? And as for the patch an upload would be appreciated. No idea why this would happen, though. You can copy patch. DL only patch.
Test and comment please. Gotten salvation from a young priest, and an old priest. Borrowed something blue 3. Caught a lebricon 4. Slaughtered 10 unicorns. Updated all possible drivers 6. Not cursed the last 10 weeks. The game demands such a huge machine to run properly. I'm running on high settings, with a huge f'ing rig, and i still get lag. It demands about times more than the earlier Total war series.

View Community Hub. Reviews "This is one of the most playable, important and accomplished games ever created. See below for full details. For the first time in the Total War series, you will be able to intuitively command single ships or vast fleets upon seascapes rich with extraordinary water and weather effects that play a huge role in your eventual glorious success or ignominious defeat.
After pummelling your enemy with cannon fire, close in to grapple their ship and prepare to board, taking control of your men as they fight hand-to-hand on the decks of these wooden behemoths. Real-time battles will pose new challenges with the addition of cannon and musket, challenging players to master new formations and tactics as a result of the increasing role of gunpowder within warfare.
And the Campaign Map, the heart of Total War introduces a variety of new and upgraded elements, including new systems for Trade, Diplomacy and Espionage with agents; a refined and streamlined UI; improved Advisors; and a vastly extended scope, taking in the riches of India, the turbulence of Europe and, for the first time, the untapped potential of the United States of America.
Experience battles in the new Warpath Campaign and lead one of the 5 new factions in an epic war to defend your lands and drive out the invaders. All these things are what we associate with what we'd call the birth of modern democracy. It was a fascinating period and it sits within Empire's remit anyway. It was a very good first effort in doing narrative-driven campaigning. So we know we have created accurate representations of the ships.
Having access to that level of detail is really a great boon when designing. There's a lot of competing evidence and one-off examples of certain guns. There is a wealth of information available. This was the age that Britain established itself as a worldwide superpower, so we have plenty of domestic records of battle mechanics and ship designs. Well, a third of the team only work on the campaign and find that really heartening! When players skip battles as they don't get the complete Total War experience, but you have to appreciate that players play how they want to play.
The good thing about not forcing players into naval and land battles is you have variety. They auto tax, auto govern and auto build everything and just dive in and do all the fights themselves. They want to be an Alexander , who carves an empire and isn't concerned with administration. It's interesting to see how different people approach the game in different ways. Basically we took loads of motion captures of stunt actors fighting with rifles and mapped them onto characters.
The idea behind it was to bring the battlefield to life. For example admirals on ships may duel with each other when you board one flagship with another flagship. My favourite is where one guy chokes the another with the musket and kicks him to the floor. He goes to stab him and the guy rolls over, in proper B-movie style, avoiding the stab while stabbing his would-be killer in the gut. One is just sheer size and practicality.
If you bring it out to include all of China, Korea, Australia, etc. Take China - they were a trading nation and powerful, but they had their own regional conflicts and wars which didn't flow into the international fights that the Europeans colonies were going through. And it was much later that Australia and South Africa were discovered.
To Many People-myself included - Total War is a solitary affair. It's a time-bath with both taps running and the plug pulled out It's a slow wrestling match, where you fight against invisible Al routines and your own stupidity, gently prodding at new possibilities, exploring your own understanding of military strategy, and how it fits into thousands of algorithms that've been refined to best simulate how wars would probably go, if they were fun.
When Empire was released, CA confirmed that it was working on a multiplayer campaign. And as the Total War series has found an online home on Steam, it's only natural that you'll be able to play through the Steam community - or by a LAN. Whatever Blizzard say as they herd the last straggling Diablo players with cattle prods onto Battle.
What's hard to believe is that multiplayer Total War hasn't been done already: all the mechanics seem to be in place. Surely, to this simpleton writer's mind, all you have to do is just let one of those other countries be controlled by a human, instead of the Al, right?
Well, not quite, according to the patient explanation of Kieron Bridger, Creative Assembly's communication manager. It's not just a case of switching out the Al with a human, we had to ensure that the game was properly balanced to support two players and that neither has an advantage over the other. It's impossible for an outsider to guess the work involved in balancing an innately unbalanced world - and the more human elements added, the more confoundingly unpredictable it gets.
My strategic choices are reigned in, however, with a strict time limit - two minutes. You can change this time, but it does feel perfect for the game - the pressure's always on, but there's time to tend to your settlements, armies and agents. Having another human on the map changes the game in a fundamental way. It's like photography - your eyes are naturally drawn to the human, not the machine.
So, your relationship might fail immediately if you think your opponent is the greatest challenge to your eventual rule. This could escalate into a blinkered war, while the Al looks on, baffled by your disregard for emotionless to-do lists.
If it were a movie, this would be the first time the Al decides that humanity should really be wiped out. That's not what CA are hoping for, though, as Bridgen explains: "I believe that players will be a little more cautious when dealing with human-controlled factions, that they may otherwise have been with a distant faction.
Some players may forge an alliance and work together towards a goal, even sharing tech and money. However as they become more powerful they will have to resist the urge to stab the other in the back, either directly, or indirectly by giving money and tech to their enemies. If you've got victory conditions that aren't in conflict between yourself and your allies, bully for you, but sometimes a gumdrops and rainbow ending won't be possible.
Whatever the tinkering that's gone in the background with Empire: Total War, it's all designed to make the multiplayer campaign play as fair and true to the single-player campaign as possible. The slightly simplistic upshot is it's the same game, but with more of a reason to care. After all, when did computer Al phone you up to call you a prick for sabotaging his cities? Nobody Knows Exactly what happened between the years and , as all documents from that era have been smudged to the brink of readability.
In fact, the only surviving specimen is a crude drawing of a musket from which we've extrapolated all modern knowledge of the era. And look where it's gotten us, right to the doorstep of what looks set to be Creative Assembly's finest moment yet. Empire: Total War previously impressed us with its beautiful naval battles, but now our focus turns to the land-based warfare, and its shapely, historically accurate muskets.
Your soldiers' 18th century weapons have limited effective ranges. So skirmishes will happen in relatively close quarters. While horses were falling out of fashion on the battlefields of the 18th century, they were still widely used to flank slower moving infantry and to carry serious firepower. Take a look at the landscape and you'll notice a lot more crap lying about Walls and hedges can now be used as cover and buildings can be entered and garrisoned, acting as focal points on the map.
You'll have to reform your government to keep it effective - but the results are clear improved troops and weapons, such as Britain's favourite stabbing tool, the bayonet. Positioning cannons correctly is vital to success, but badly maintained weaponry might blow up in your face, scaring horses.
Battles are determined by your actions on the almighty campaign map. Several aspects of campaign micromanagement will be streamlined though, such as the chore of sending diplomats about the place. Empire is resoundingly the most beautiful RTS yet with water and light effects to die for.
