Xbox bridge connection windows 8.1

Hi I've recently upgraded to 8. Before upgrading it worked fine and now on the PC I get an unidentified network but the laptop says the connection is fine.

I've tried the bridge with my Old Win 7 laptop and the internet is fine so it must be 8. What can i do? This thread is locked.
