Xbox file complaint does it do anything
Like should I name the GT's that I have boosted on me tonight? Because I can rattle off probably 15 of them just from tonight. It is impossible for people who play the game to stay competitive with all these cheaters.
I can't even find the booter because he has made all my games unreliable that he booted me from, but that is just a sample of the 3 hours. I don't play Halo 3 Online anymore for this reason. I don't really care for Reach either. Halo 3 is my favorite Multiplayer Shooter, but with all the cheaters it just isn't fun anymore. I have a video of me shooting 2 clips of Sniper Rifle rounds into the head of another player, as he casually turns to me and shoots me 10 seconds later after he realizes bullets are flying through his head.
Unfortunately, not even video proof of these offenders does anything to keep them from cheating. This can be for one day, 7 days or 14 days. If there are repeated violations though, then it can result in a permanent ban of the account or console. Generally suspensions go from 24 hours, to 7 days, to 14 days, and then permanent. A permanent account suspension permanently blocks the affected account from accessing Xbox Live.
This means it will not be able to connect to Xbox Live to redownload previous content or purchase new content. Although this may sound like it can be difficult to do, it is actually pretty simple when Xbox makes it against the rules to even curse while playing. No one specifically wants to get banned when playing online. The problem is that everyone wants to win and winning can make you want to cheat.
If you cheat, you obviously do not want to get caught, which is where people reporting comes into play. You can hide the fact that you are cheating from Xbox so well that they do not know you are cheating.
If you constantly are being reported for cheating they will begin to dig deeper and look closely at your account. This is why if you never want to worry about getting banned or having any issues with playing online you should simply follow the rules. As much as you love to win, it is not worth it for you to cheat and break the rules. If you have been playing games online for any amount of time, you know that when online gaming became popular there were basically no rules.
This included swearing and basically saying whatever you wanted. Today, Microsoft has many different rules and has become stricter on enforcing them. With all of the new rules people wonder if swearing is still allowed on Xbox.
Offensive language including swearing is not allowed on Xbox anymore. They will even suspend your account or temporarily ban you if you are caught swearing. Because of these new rules, you will want to be careful not only what you say when you are playing a game, but also what you message people. All messages can be read by Xbox if they are reported or known to have swearing in them. Ask A Question. Browse More Questions.
